A Hybrid building typology of transit residential use overlaid with associated activities. The project components include  20 Serviced Apartments (2BHK & 3BHK), Reception lounge, Lobbies, Rooftop Restaurant, Conference facilities, Transit workspaces, Indoor games. The design makes use of the site profile and utilizes views of the adjoining open spaces to arrive at the architectural form. Receding terraces have been introduced to offer spillout / gathering spaces at various levels.
