This was an International Urban Design workshop organized by ‘Les Ateliers, France’ to propose a Vision for 2050 for La Defense, the business district of Paris. Aditya Vipparti worked on this proposal as part of a group of six. The proposal titled ‘Reverse Paradox’ intended to highlight the paradoxes of a 20th century style business district i.e La Defense in the context of present day globalization and digital technology. Through this, design strategies were proposed to help La Defense adapt to changing needs and to find relevance in 2050.
